If our lives are dominated by a search for happiness, then perhaps few activities reveal as much about the dynamics of this quest--in all its ardour and paradoxes--than our travels. They express, however inarticulately, an understanding of what life might be about, outside the constraints of work and of the struggle for survival.

What does this quote say to you? Is it saying that our travels are indicators of our thirst for contentment, but poor at reflecting the real meaning of life? I'm still trying to figure out what this quote means.
How was your Reed friend? Has Portland treated you well? I signed up for my free TMobile account last night and am rockin and rollin now. Where are you headed to next?
